Olive Garden is reliable. You know what to expect. Our favorites are the 25-cent wine samples, salad, and bread sticks. The wait staff is young and friendly. The food is a good value. This is not gourmet, but it always turns out fine.

They need to improve on their online "to go order" experience, as well as the customer service at the front greeting customers at busy times. I ordered my dinner at 4:29 pm to be ready at 6:00 pm. I got to the restaurant at 6:00 pm and the two girls at the front were completely stressed and treated each new customer like they were a nuisance. Once they spoke to me and I asked about my order, they said "in the bar". I found the bar and told the bartender I had a to go order which I didn't receive until 30 minutes later. The lady that brought out my order gave me the "torn bag" and said here you go. I said the bartender just said those smoothies are bad (which he did and he told them to make new ones) and she says, no they are not bad and walked off. I was in shock. The smoothies were completely watered down and horrible. The food was good but cold. My experience was awful. I have eaten here before as a dine in and my experience was okay, food very good, but the service again, sub par.

Wonderful lobster cannelloni the night I visited. New price fix menu, my wife got the chicken Toscano and it was great. Can't beat the endless salad.

This place is AWFUL! Told us the wait would be 15 minutes, we then waited for almost an hour outside in the rain, due to pack on indoor seats to wait in. We then ordered Caesar salads and they were out of lettuce! So we had to get be menus and make a new order. The food we did get was under cooked and awful. I wasn't expecting a lot from an Olive Garden but this one should be shut down.

Understandably, a chain. A few of my visits, extremely friendly waiter/waitress. Love the endless salad and soup deals. I really don't care for their other dishes.
